Sustainable change requires work. Effective work requires commitment. I am committed to building the client's self-awareness and achieving results through time-proven coaching methodologies and feedback.
The Work: Where are you now and where do you aspire to be? What are your strengths? What obstacles and competing priorities do you face? What are the steps that can be taken to achieve your aspirations? How can you achieve and sustain these goals?
The Programs: Our work together begins with an initial consultation so I may better understand your goals and what you would like to achieve. For individuals, standard programs entail a minimum of six sessions, one hour in length to be held within a six month time period. Organizational programs are tailored to fit the needs of the company and its goals and may include individual and group coaching, 360 interviews and recommendations for further assessments. During our initial meetings we will develop a coaching plan with goals and actions designed to meet or exceed your and your organization’s objectives.

About me:
I am an accomplished Executive and Leadership Coach, certified through the prestigious Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and the International Coaching Federation.
Possessing a background as an award-winning Publisher and President, Entrepreneur, CEO and Advisor/Executive Board Member, my focus as an executive and leadership coach is centered on professionals who are committed to becoming next-level leaders in their industry.
Highly regarded as a change maker, I am sought-out for my understanding of the impact of leadership styles, team dynamics, high-performance psychology, and the necessity of acquiring the tools and perspectives needed by clients to accelerate change, gain the confidence to take bold risks, and advance themselves, their team, and their organization.
